The Surf Condos - Condos in Cocoa Beach Florida

We've shared before about the progress of the Surf condos in Cocoa Beach that we designed, and now we have another update! Florida Today recently got a sneak peek into the condos and Coa Lounge restaurant with the Dorough brothers.

The Surf features 25 oceanfront condominiums, a 2nd floor pool, deck overlooking A1A, and of course the high end restaurant on the first floor. Check out the article below to view the update!

The Coa Lounge and Restaurant began a soft opening early March, and reservations are encouraged at www.coacocoabeach.com Grand opening is currently estimated to be mid April.
